cheaters rule the game

Support staff is unable to help. Their answer was they took notes and will discuss with their team. Honestly that will not help me.

Valve you pay your developers with no reason !!!!
Almost every match (competitive, wingman or danger zone) you can meet cheater
I'm getting tired of reporting them, even my trust factor is not bad!
As a cheater gets banned he creates a new account, downloads the game and plays with cheats again and again, can't you see?
Either find a way to permanently remove those players from servers, either make it pay to play !
I payed for the game years ago if i can't enjoy it anymore i'll ask for refund !
