Really good sequel to the tragic hero of Hotline Miami. Takes place right after the events of 1. Music here is an amazing step up from the first along with more characters for variety and more in-depth storytelling (if you can keep track while bouncing from different time frames). This game both on normal and the added HARD mode (mirrored original levels, along with slightly smarter AI, less ammo on all weapons, and certain walls are replaced with mirrors. So less hiding more killing) is very unapologetic so be prepared to die a lot and rage even in the process.

Only took me about 82 including breaks to finish the whole thing along with getting all achievements. You can even buy with a Digital Special Deluxe Edition, which adds remixed versions of some favorite songs. in case you play PayDay2, you get Jacket as well along with memorable masks named after their respective owners from Hotline Miami.

Good choice all around for an up-to-down shooter.

Music is good (Personal favorites: Daisuke, Deep Cover and Horse Steppin.) Gameplay is overall good and increases in difficulty. Story is interesting yet the lore of the protagonist (who you play as) can get a bit depressing after you learn what he's dealing with for the entirety of his story.

The game is alright for the most part. A simpler more modern day version to the Halo Collection.

I'm gonna be honest I just come back to this game after I get a drop from Twitch streams.

Really useful tool for prepping yourself before playing a game. Can also be efficient at telling you what to work on in case you overlook some things like taking your time for accuracy and precision, or speeding up for kills per second.

And no, being grandmaster rank here does not translate into you being able to one tap 360 flick
no scope operator AWP headshot radiant elite kill people.

To summarize the things to expect from personal experience:

1) You are going to stumble across a lot of girls. Pretty, beautiful, attractive, appealing to the eyes, whatever floats your boat when you're describing how a person looks... Without interrogations or questions for a daily news report because then everybody would probably be locked up by this point.

2) The puzzles: Short, however, they do require a creative mind to come up with different ways to get from point A to point B. Maybe just only one way if that's all you care about just to see the next girl.

3) Chatting with the girls: Like any stranger, they either like you already or you're gonna need to be real smooth (being yourself can also work...though trial and error may occur due to the wording of the responses) to convince them to stick around for a while. Side Note: You're probably better off trusting your own questionable intelligence since the advice/tips from the girls you already acquire can be a hit or a miss.

4) There are some little treasures here and there in case you wish to see something extra later on in the game. You decide and let those brain juices of yours concoct some special scene you would fantasize of with whoever you encounter in this.

Ultimately, it's free and it's actually a pretty good puzzle game to work the mind (with the tempting option to bail on wanting to put in any effort as well). And in return, ehhhh you figure out the rest. Just get it already.

Simple arcade game where you have to move left and right to avoid the oncoming obstacles. The difficulty of the levels themselves and the requirement of decent mechanical skills alongside keeping up with the rhythm make it into a good build for the game itself.(The songs in each level past normal difficulty can give you an idea of when to move in either direction)

Gives a nice neon themed design both in menus and in game.

Graphics and other aspects aren't heavy on my PC (which is WAY in the potato tier) meaning you can probably easily open this up with no issue even if you play it for more than an hour or a few. I don't know how many hours you sit playing one game but this one I can say won't do much to yours if mine is good.

Includes the option where you can also practice run before doing the full level in case you want to get it down perfectly. *Includes achievements for passing the levels without retrying the stage once. You can go back and try to do it in one go so it isn't a one chance only situation as you progress.*

Also has an Endless Run gamemode (The actual name is Endurance Mode) which has you going through all levels at once without any breaks (unless you hit pause mid session I believe)
*Has achievements for lasting a certain amount of time in Endurance Mode*

I bought this in a bundle with the soundtracks (Around 30 songs which one is the main song you hear in the selection screen and others from their respectful levels, including sped up variations since harder difficulties speed up the songs.)

Overall it is a challenging game as you raise the bar but easy enough for anyone to pick up and start playing. Lower difficulties give you second chances like checkpoints so you're not always redoing the WHOLE thing from start to finish.

If you just want a simple and basic game without anything around it like plot or an official story or any special requirements to progress then this is for you. Otherwise a pretty good game to pass the time.

Basically Hot Wheels with soccer. Only there is also a DLC named after Hot Wheels so call it whatever you want as long as it relates to using cars to play soccer.
The game itself is actually enjoyable even by yourself.

The game is very enjoyable. Although I haven't fully finished it yet I can definitely tell you between the nostalgic 2D playstyle combined with remastered old soundtracks AND newer zones with much more unique styles throughout each stage. This is one of those sonic games you'd enjoy and sitback listening to the old songs now tweaked to modern fitting.
