Although I bought the hat at a fairly decent price a while ago, even adding a strangifier to it, unfortunately even after talking to steam support and some people behind the patch of tf2 during the bug (100% chance of an unusual), the hat is deemed as unmarketable/cannot be traded since it apparently is also a part of the numerous bunch of hats during that period. Sorry for the inconvenience.
