The man who called himself Dapperus died on April 24th, 2016....his 21st birthday. He died from complications brought on by AIDs. He had refused to take the medicines, and was very stubborn about it. His last words that I could get out of him were:
"My life was a convenience. I did what I must, not what I wanted to."
I grew up alongside this man, watched him go from awkward child to angsty nerd to formal young man...and I loved him as the brother I never had, because he would not let me love him more. He had specific interests. But he was the best person I knew, stiff as he was in person. He had a big heart behind his formality. A big heart he showed here.
I'm maintaining this account as a memorial. I'll be popping onto it now and then to maintenance it, and other things. He wouldn't want those games unplanned.

Please don't spread horrible rumors as well. Don't sully the memory of a great man by claiming a fake death simply because of a recent log on date. He isn't coming back. He's gone. To our great loss. Some already have spread this. Don't be another.
