Reteta clatite pufoase și fragede : 3 ouă
250 g făină albă
500 - 650 ml lapte rece
un praf bun de sare (nu vă zgârciți!)
50 g unt topit și răcorit
opțional: 1 linguriță mică de zahăr pudră
În plus:
ulei pentru prăjit
dulceață, gem, creme - pentru umplut
umpluturi sărate - la alegere

Baclava turceasca cu nuca – Ingrediente (tava 30×28 cm)
16 foi subtiri de placinta
400 g miez de nuca macinat
250 g unt (82% grasime)
Sirop pentru baclava – Ingrediente
600 ml apa
500 g zahar tos fin
1 lamaie mica (doar zeama)
Baclava turceasca cu nuca – Mod de preparare pas cu pas
Incepem cu prepararea siropului. Acesta trebuie sa se raceasca inainte sa il turnam peste baclava.
Punem intr-o cratita apa si zaharul, pe foc mediu, si fierbem cca 15 minute. Zaharul trebuie sa fie complet topit, iar siropul sa fie bine legat.
Stingem focul, adaugam zeama de lamaie si lasam siropul sa se raceasca la temperatura camerei.
Topim untul la bain-marie si il lasam sa se raceasca pana cand este usor caldut.
Desfacem pachetul de foi de placinta. Ungem tava cu putin unt topit si adaugam prima foaie. O ungem si pe ea cu unt, apoi adaugam a doua foaie si tot asa pana cand obtinem un strat de 8 foi.

Unsweetened cocoa powder – Michelle recommends using Hershey’s Special Dark Dutch-processed cocoa powder (I used Whole Foods’ 365 Cocoa Powder). Make sure to sift it if it’s lumpy!
Oil – While many recipes for brownies use unsalted butter, Michelle’s calls for canola oil, just like the boxed mix. I use olive oil because it’s what I keep on hand, and I love the rich flavor.
Vanilla Extract – 1/2 teaspoon vanilla really amps up the chocolate flavor.
