Get this game. It's free, it's charming, it's funny and it's heart-warming. The art is adorable and the story is pretty unique (in my opinion).

Now, I may be one of the other hundreds of reviews priasing this game - a game I bought on a whim because I love all cats, I love cat-men, and I absolutely LOVED the anime-style trailer for this game (which is the opening sequence). Right off the bat, I wasn't disappointed with this game. It's easy to use with a PS4 controller which was how I navigated through it while binging through all of the endings for one specific character.

Although I am disappointed it's not so much as a dating sim in the way of "you end up with whomever you choose" it's more a fate-deciding game when it comes to choosing how you will deal with your religion, your family, and three cat-god/spirits watching over you. (As well as approaching accepting your orientation, I suppose, and it was pretty great to find out this was basically an m/m dating sim.) I was super excited with every little twist and turn and surprising event in between and the characters alone (and all their art, ALL the art in general), so I generally can't recommend this enough.

There ARE a few spelling / grammatical errors but that's to be expect with a game that's being translated into English from another language. I was never confused as to what was being told to me however, so the errors are extremely minimal, more of a warning for anyone who expects this game to be 100% perfect with no flaws.

The biggest flaw of all, however is not being able to date Randolph or Ragoo ...

I'd love to give this game a thumbs up but as I immediately entered, I was greeted by players on my own team that would kill me if I didn't play by THEIR rules of how they played the game. They were abrasive and abusive over team chat so I quickly muted all that and tried to play on my own way. Of course, they still hunted me down. Whether they were criminal or cop.

Honestly, I got it on PS4 and had a much better experience, but... since this is basically a pay-to-win gimmick and paying money to even keep a gun for a short amount of time, idk. The players rubbed me the wrong way but not so much the game. I don't recommend the team-play atmosphere. Otherwise, good graphics, it's great you can create, design, and customize your own character, win things to look cool, but it didn't really keep me playing the actual game.

I don't know what everyone is complaining about, especially with the deal I just got. Whole game and all DLC, "remastered" or not for only $20? That's a steal and this is one of my favorite go-to games. In-game mods work fine and I never had a problem with them on the PC or PS4. There's a mod available in the hub to fix all patches. And I get that the creation club is a little dumb, but you can also combine... console commands... with free mods... or just do the console commands... so I don't know what everyone is mad about. No, the "remaster" brought no new life to the graphics and I now have regular Skyrim and now the full Special Edition on my steam account and I don't even mind. With this one, I have all the DLC in one package, easy in-game access to mods, and I like it!

This is literally WoW with better graphics and far more fair rules regarding crafting and gathering. And I wouldn't have it any other way. Montly subscription is absolutely worth it and I don't regret any money spent on it.

Early Access Review
Although there tends to be a little bit of a shaky start and sometimes files are corrupted (easily fixed, just googled the issues), I'm glad I bought this game first and took some time to compare these reviews to that of DayZ, which has apparently become infamous for KOS players and not as many freed up servers. Also, it cost less and it's definitely worth it. I've played for at least three hours straight literally just walking around and getting accustomed to the environment and controls, and I can't say how many times I caught myself jumping at the slightest sound (howl or snarl alike).

While I'd love to try DayZ and other games like that, I'll be sticking to this one for a while. I don't want my gaming experience to be ruined by KOS players, hackers, etc. If I can just sit alone in a server by myself, I don't care. It's fun, immersive, and I have been stuck in the night cycle for a while and I decided to take a break to write this (because holy crap, I'm sick of flinching at the breeze).

Only "cons" for me is trying to remember my server names for certain characters, but I'm pretty sure that's easily taken care of, and MAYBE the fact it's a little laggy no matter how low the graphics are. I don't mind the drag in the camera (turned motion blur off) or the lack of tips or map.

If you can get it running on a laptop that's Win 7 or later, of course it's an amazing game. OF COURSE, if you're wondering why it's not working on Win 8 or 10, it's mostly because no one wants to go back and reformat games for news PCs... you know, unlike the tedious chores of making things backwards compatible for other consoles.

Everyone's favorite mess that they would rather mod and glitch to heck rather than pretend everything is fine, because we know it isn't. Oh my god is this game fun in both the best and worst way. God bless Todd Howard, you small man.

Of course it's a great game! It's Elder Scrolls! But do yourself a favor and see if there is a Nexus mod (there's nothing in the workshop, screw you!) for marking where your quest is before you start. I have every version of this game and for the life of me, as much as I love it, it still pisses me off to no end.

You ever go headfirst into what you love having no idea how the 309429837 controls and keybinds work but you gladly suffer just so you can be a part of the experience and see characters you love from days gone by and pretend you are a part of a never-ending galactic war? That's this game. I will lay down my life for this fandom.

Eh, it's just any other MMORPG in the end. Exactly the same structure of WoW, right down to the subscription (except THIS game's subscription lets you actually do things, so unless you wanna pay 14.99$ a month just to actually be able to use LP and own a house and complete THAT quest, don't get it). It's literally just World Of Warcraft with updated graphics and a different string of lore (but so is Never Winter). I have yet to pay attention to the actual things being said to me by characters, I usually just download these games if I can create a character to look however I want (sorta).

Go ahead and play for free, do whatever you want, but there are some extreme limitations when it comes to this as a F2P MMORPG, and there are honestly better ones out there that are more immersive, don't have random interjections of Japanese soundbites (I'm assuming that's what that is), and have an all-round better "community" feel.

I dunno, like...

World of Warcraft.

P.S. Says be whoever you wanna be, but get ready to open your wallet for it.
