Boy I love this game. I became obsessed with it as soon as I started playing.

The characters are amazing, it's incredible how much personality they have, and the voice actors clearly love their jobs. It's so refreshing to see an AAA game made with love, and it deserves every award it got.
The story is great, and despite the game being incredibly long, it was absolutely worth getting to the end.
The graphics are also incredibly impressive, and I adore how the first (pre rendered) cutscene looked – it was like watching a movie.
My only gripe is the character creation – it felt a bit limited, but I also understand how hard it would be to make it more complicated and there's nothing mods can't fix. It's good enough for me and I appreciate the different gender options.

Also, one more addition: do not play it for 10 hours straight every single day like I did, and remember to take breaks. It may probably seem obvious to you, but for a long time I found it hard to put the game down because I desperately wanted to see how it ends, while still exploring every area I could. It got exhausting after a while, especially during chapter 3 which had a lot of tedious side-quests. In my second playthrough, I took my time and didn't rush, which made it ten times more enjoyable.
Overall, 10/10.

really addictive, great multiplayer game. 11/10

I entered the house I was supposed to clean and heard a sound vaguely resembling the one of running water. I was convinced the sink was broken and started searching for it. Eventually I got closer to the source but I didn't see anything out of the ordinary, so I looked down. To my suprise, it was not the sink making those noises, but a huge nest of cockroaches that I just stepped in.
Great game, would recommend.
