Jelikož tento profil se mi zdá moc "Evropský", přidávám recept na výbornou Allahovu Tortillu, jako od Mohameda !
Postup přípravy receptu

Nejdříve si připravíme majonézový dip. Česnek oloupeme, prolisujeme a promícháme s majonézou, kečupem a ostrou hořčicí. Omáčku osolíme, opepříme a necháme v chladu rozležet.

Kuřecí prsa omyjeme, očistíme a osušíme. Nakrájíme na menší hranolky, osolíme a obalíme v mouce, vejci a strouhance. Obalené maso osmažíme na oleji dozlatova a uchováme na teple.

Listy kadeřavého salátu omyjeme a osušíme. Čekanku očistíme a natrháme na kousky. Omytou okurku a rajče nakrájíme na plátky. Jarní cibulku jemně usekáme.

Tortilly zvlhčíme vodou a ohřejeme v mikrovlnné troubě. Každou placku slabě potřeme kečupem a poklademe salátem. Na listy navršíme omáčku, kterou posypeme cibulkou a rozložíme smažené kousky kuřete. Nakonec klademe čekanku, rajčata a plátky okurek.
