Pros:
-Great graphics.
-Great sound and music.
-Great PvP.
-Great balancing between classes.
-Always something to do.
-Very Advanced build setups.
-Fun and challenging end game content.
-Awesome rest system which makes it so off-days aren't that punishing.
-Takes a ton of time to complete everything which for a completionist can either be amazing because you have a ton of free entertainment, or it can be horrible because you will probably never finish it all.

Cons:
-You can spend real money to progress through the game at a faster speed. I wouldn't call it pay to win as gear doesn't matter in PvP, but rather pay to progress. It doesn't actually hurt you as you can still play without using any money on the game and enjoy the game.
-Some problems with patches.
-Boring story and repetitive quests.
-There's a lot to learn and it takes time and effort, but once you get it, the game is super fun.
