This might be a little bit of a Rage No. But there are just so many little things wrong with this game that even though i enjoy the game, i cant recommend it.

The melee pits are just annoying and the combos dont feel good at all, just a chanky mess.
For me the strengh in Horizon (both Zero Dawn and Forbidden West) was trying to hit weakspots with your bow, so why put in a minigame that rewards you with a legendary weapon where you need to do some super specific combos. this isnt streetfighter.

Then the climbing. While it is nice that you can climb a lot of rocks and stuff. Sometimes there are just no spots for whatever reason. then there are moments where alloy just completely ignores spots right infront of her and she just stands there and does nothing, so you have to either go somewhere completely different, or try to let go and then just spam spacebar to hopefully get up there. Which gets me to the next point, that more often than not, its actually faster to just spam spacebar and "Skyrim Horse" it up the mountain.

Then we go to the machines. I have absoultely no problem with difficult machines that have a lot of healt and/or do a lot of damage. But if they cant stand still for a freaking second, the fights are just not enjoyable and are just a "lets spam arrows and hope for the best" fight. Yes obviously you can stun them with electricity or slow them down with ice or hold them down with the ropecaster, but if hitting the damn machine in the first place is annoying, that doesnt really help the situiation.

The story itself i really like (i am not yet completely done) and i really love the map as a whole. I love exploring everything and getting all the collectables, but these enjoyments are being pulled down by everything i mentioned above, which makes the game less enjoyable for me.

While clearly still in early access, it is already a decent amount of fun to play with your friends.

Great Underwater Exploration Game with an interesting story.
If you like games that hold your hands the entire way, this isnt for you. There are a lot of things you need to find yourself by just exploring. There wont always be a marker that shows you where things are.

But if you enjoy this, this game is surely for you

If you played Harvest Moon, you will probably love this game.
But even if you didnt, it is a great game to enjoy with friends or play alone.
You can do whatever you want, be it having a huge farm and making a lot of money, fishing your heart out on the beach, mining in the mine untill you pass out, or just make friends with the local villagers.
The new 1.6 Update added so many nice Quality of Life features and added a ton of alternatives in making Money other than farming, which makes the late game way less of a sleeping until you have the money type grind.

Awesome game to play with friends or alone.
It has the right amount of difficutly without being too harsh on you but has the option to make it more difficult if you want to.
