The kings are back

Multiplayer ranked works, you get hourly races with multiple splits. Which is nice. Absolutely abysmal performance and stability. Crashes if you have rivatuner/msi, crashes if you look at it funny, crashes when you go to menu, when you disconnect a BT device. Stutters and drops frames. Buggy and slow UI that can only be navigated through mouse and keyboard. A DD wheel has like 30-50 buttons and these DEVS force you to click tiny arrows to move around the UI.

Fighting games are best played when you are facing someone of equal or similar skill level. Or when you are in voice with your buddies and can ask about specific properties of moves, alternatively where they can shove those moves they love to use over and over. So, to put offline and online casual matches against friends behind a paywall is a killing blow to an already lackluster looking fighting game. And let's say you just "grind" ladder for fun, viewing your replays is behind a paywall too. Embarrassing, avoid at all costs.
