The Wastelanders update for Fallout 76 is basically a reset on the entire experience. Finally Fallout 76 now feels like a traditional Fallout game with the ability to now play with your friends and explore the wastelands. The only MAJOR issue I feel the game still faces is that players cannot team up and complete main quest line items TOGETHER when entering an instanced area. This means a team of two would have to complete the same mission twice for both players to get the mission credit. I think if Bethesda can address this, it puts Fallout 76 on the same level as most modern MMO's as far as mechanics go.

Folks, Live Gaming for Windows sucks. I get it, but once you get it installed and setup (takes a little effort), this game is really, really worth playing. Everything about it is just awesome. The mechanics, the weapons, the characters and the best part, the dialogue. Yes, the dialogue is what REALLY makes this game. Hats off to the writers because it's pretty amazing. This title is worth owning and I worry for the day when I'm no longer able to play it due to the limitations of Live for Windows.

In the meantime, please, heed my advice and get this game and slog through the Live setup. It's sooooo worth it.
