100% recommended

When I bought this game I was concerned about the amount of content and polish I could expect from an early access game that was 0.5 GB big. I was very positively surprised.
Currently my friends and I are almost 20 hours in and still not halfway through the story (2/5 bosses defeated).
Everything that's in the game goes deeper than you think.

-The world is beautiful and every biome has unique creatures, plants and resources that you will need.
-The building has structural integrity so you actually have to support your buildings with solid foundations and support beams.
-One of the best things about the game is the way it handles food: you can only eat 1 portion of a certain food type at a time, each of the food types give you different hp/stamina buffs so combining 3 types of food together gives you a nice combo of these.
-You progress through different ages so you can upgrade your tools which will keep you busy but repairing is free so the grind never becomes annoying.

Negatives?
I personally only experienced a few bugs (none of them game breaking).
The biggest bug so far is some desync between the server and players that let the mobs teleport sometimes.
The UI is quite ugly and could use a little facelift.

10/10 would get teamwiped on our boat by a random troll again

Great game that you can buy at an amazing price during sales.
I honestly prefer it over Civ 6.

the game has potential but it's pretty bland at the moment.
CONS:
-crashing doesn't exist, you can slam into everything and just bounce off with some smoke
-roll is controlled with your mouse which is really clunky
-you can't rebind controls
-the missions are all the same
-the plane you fly has a gun but after 40 minutes I didn't see it have any impact
PROS:
-the map is beautiful
-everything is covered with a fancy filter (I'm assuming this makes the map look a lot better then it actually is)
-runs smoothly

A really nice story driven platformer.
It's a short game to complete so I would buy it at sale, but definitely worth a play!

Warning: It's a completely different game compared to the alpha.

The quest and lore are really nice and make the world feel real.
For now, I'm just missing a long-term goal.
The goal of the game right now seems to be completing a whole region to find an artifact that makes one of your abilities a bit better (swimming, riding, gliding...) to then start with useless gear in a new zone and repeat the process. Starting a new region is very tough since you don't have a glider or a boat etc yet.

Being able to swim a bit faster isn't enough progression for me and it's not really an amazing goal for the end game.
So for now it's a NO, the game has potential though.

I'll update the review if he changes anything significant.

After releasing the game officially, the developpers haven't shown a sign of life.

The best version of autochess if you ask me.

Less RNG and more fluent control over the units.
Excited to see what valve will bring to the table.

I didn't initially think I would like the game, but I got hooked immediatly.
I have 60+fps on normal-high settings on a medium budget gaming pc.
There are few free maps so you can just start the whole experience again without it becoming stale.

You do have to mess with the gather rates because vanilla is just way too slow.

A proper remake of the original half life.

The graphics are very nice and still give you the feeling you're playing half life.
It's made in the source engine so the movement and interaction with the world is very fluent.
AI was perfect, just like the real half life and voice acting is done very professionally.

It follows the original story with some small changes to the puzzles that keep the game fun throughout the entire thing.

For now, you only get to play about 2/3 of the game since the last chapters are still in development but I have no regrets of buying this and Im confident I'll enjoy the rest just as much when it's released.
