The most artistic and abstract release from Slimomo so far. It is clear there are very deeply felt emotions which went into creating this. It plays like an interactive poem and has a few small puzzle elements attached. I like how the scenes evolve over time, which gives an interesting take on how perspectives will change once you learn something new.

The art and music/sound are also really good. The visuals continue Slimomo's "cozy" and hand-drawn aesthetic, but also marry with the darker themes in a way which feels very organic and authentic to the pain that is being conveyed. The soundscapes also help perpetuate the sense of dread or anxiety very well, particularly with one scene later in the title which uses traditional Japanese music to express tension very effectively.

MILD SPOILER (skip to next paragraph if you don't want to read this): While the whole thing can be seen as very melancholic, the ending introduces hope through visual and audio changes which introduce some hope and a continued shift in perspective which feels very natural and mature.

Overall, this is a very heartfelt title which will take maybe 30-45 minutes to fully complete (get all secrets, and the true, final ending). While the work is more abstract and figurative than some narrative pieces, it really feels like the creator has let us take a look into their heart and how they feel during a very real part of their adult life.
