Reasons not to play:
Microtransactions in your face
Bots / Cheaters
Poor optimization
Gamebreaking bugs and glitches everywhere (invisible player model even!!!)
Servers kick you for no reason (Processing Time Exceeded)
Overwatch 2 exists and its Free to Play no need to pay 5€ for voice commands and chat in Casual (cuz that's how you fight cheating bots, not with anti-cheat, but with additional microtransactions!)
