best idle game ever except for the sugar lump achievements which are a godless atrocity

i have some very conflicted strong feelings on this game, but the base is good, i don't like the sheer amount of things (movement, techs, style, 15 weapons, aiming, enemy priority, time, health, hard damage, stamina, your 3 hands, etc) you have to think about while at such a fast pace but that's more of a me thing, and THANKFULLY you don't need to optimize all these things fully unless you're trying to p-rank p-2 or something, which brings me to my next point
the biggest downside imo isn't really in the game itself, but in the community. if you looked at any community space in this game you'd get the impression that the only things that exist in the game are gabriel and the P-1 and P-2 bosses, theres this weird urge to get everyone to play the p levels as if they were the meat of the game which i really dislike cause i just do not care for them or p-ranks, and in general this urge to Get Good over just having fun or anything ehhh idk
and if you want proof of the "spamming the same joke" just look at the steam reviews, they're absolutely FLOODED with the same 3 joke reviews

honestly i like this more than spelunky 2, despite less paths the areas feel more varied thanks to more modifiers and more side-areas (like the worm), first area is much more fun and the changing OST helps a lot

i never get tired of logging into this game and having my ears be brutally assaulted by the announcer screaming SUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUPER MEAT BOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

very underrated FPS, great aesthetics and incredible level design but suffers from a lack of any real personality or characters that you can latch on to. INCREDIBLY good envoiremental design, the final world is so cool

as a kid i tried to pirate gmod for one year and then got sick of it after one day

pretty much a complete improvement over the first game in every way, my only real complaint is having to do seven new game +es to get the real ending which does feel a bit excessive even if you can start killing all the bosses in a single run when your character gets strong enough
