Puzzles.
As always, the puzzles are brilliant. The We were here series is one of those series where the puzzles are made in a very interesting way. BUT, of course, there were a couple of absurd puzzles, the solution of which was made “randomly” by getting into the correct solution, or by accidentally doing the right action.

Plot.
There is no plot as such with any semantic meaning; the emphasis is more on gameplay and puzzle solving. A typical ending at the end, where players have to make a choice (no spoilers, but those who have completed the previous parts will understand what I mean).
Gameplay.
The game is quite nicely made on the Unity engine, but there are still some bugs that are known to the developers and it is unclear whether they will fix them, or maybe it is not necessary at all. Freezing on the initial screen can be eliminated by replacing the line in the config file, in my opinion there is nothing complicated, knowing this problem, release a bug fix, but oh well. There are some bugs, but they are not critical for a comfortable passage.
P.s.
I would like to talk about a typical co-op playthrough - I read a lot of reviews about how people fought/divorced over the game, etc., I can’t say anything about my experience, there was no swearing or anything else, the game went smoothly and even with humor.

I definitely recommend We Were Here Forever for playing together with a friend!

Crazy cultists and dancing with goats

Cooperative playable online horror game for up to 4 players against an AI maniac. Hardcore and incomprehensible, difficult to begin with, but addictive with a more thorough acquaintance. Initially, the game did not catch me, and when I returned a year later, I rethought it, or maybe I picked up a suitable company, and I'm ready to give this creation a thumbs up.

Plot.
In general, this project is from the creators of the cooperative stealth horror The Watchers on the passage, quite good and absolutely unpopular, which I happened to go through about a year before the release of this game. When I saw the pre-release page, I expected something like this, a game with a plot and a normal walkthrough. That's probably why I took it with hostility when I saw a complete clone of another horror movie of average popularity - Pacify, but in a different wrapper. One-on-one gameplay.

But enough with the preface - what is the game? According to the plot, we have a circle of young enthusiastic cultists who worship the goat demon Azazel. On each map, one of the characters finds himself in the center of events (the farm is Anna, the mental hospital is Molly, the hotel is Zara, the city is Sam), and as a result of simple machinations, the same demon takes possession of him. Small fragments of the story can be found by the notes in the maps themselves, as well as in the cutscene when it is loaded. Plot-wise, this is a prequel to The Watchers, in which, with its disadvantages and simplicity, there was a full-fledged plot, but here it's more for show.

Gameplay.
Firstly, I strongly do not recommend playing alone, at least immediately. The game is very difficult, and teammates can raise you in a cooperative, but in solo you have no right to make mistakes, and any contact with a maniac leads to defeat. The gameplay at first is so incomprehensible and complicated that I thought about creating a large-scale guide on the basics of the game on all maps, because it can take hours instead of a couple of minutes of reading to fully immerse myself, but due to the contentedly small percentage of the Russian-speaking community in the game (the Chinese are the basis, oddly enough), I have so far refused this.

Speaking as briefly and comprehensively as possible - you need to perform 10 actions on each map to exorcise a demon, for example, on the first farm - to sacrifice 10 goats. Prematurely they need to be lured with hay, and then also pour gasoline on the altar. All this needs to be found in a huge house, looking for keys and avoiding a meeting with a maniac and small demons, fighting off with a flashlight with ultraviolet. Unfortunately, cultists are weak now and can't carry anything more than one item, even if it's batteries from a flashlight. This is a separate difficulty of playing alone.

But with good company, the game acquires new colors. You can cooperate, build tactics, play with a maniac and scare friends with screamers, the volume of which is not stingy here. True, the game has become very difficult in this regard, it has become possible to turn off the sound of screamers, turn on arachnaphobe mode and turn spiders on the Japanese map into running sausages. For the passage, as well as for the defeat, I add experience, for which you can buy various perks by type of increasing speed, highlighting the last ritual object or fast charging a flashlight. Also, for performing some achievements, you can get beautiful dresses. There are also donat skins, which by the way are 3 times more expensive than the game, but most are mined for free.

Result.
Ideal for companies that love complex horror movies, with a game against AI. Develop strategies, solve puzzles, humiliate the poor maniac. Screamers are scary, there is a lot of content, replayability is huge due to random generation of all items in general and the behavior of a maniac, pumping and achievements. New chapters appear as full-fledged DLC approximately every few months, with a new map, killer and mechanics.

For example, the new killer sheriff can shoot from a distance. And at the same time, all content is free and included in the price, unlike the same dbd, which pumps money steadily every new addition. And the most important plus is the price itself - 100 rubles, 30% of which will be beaten off with cards. Of the minuses, it is very dark, even with a flashlight you can't see further than the nose, and it is very difficult to start.

In addition, you can attach glasses to your pistols to see further, bags can be attached so that there are more bullets, and also tubes on the tip of pistols, but this is probably more purely for beauty (some pestles really look better with tubes).
To view all the pistols, there is a "field" mode, there are these pistols, pipes for them, bags, glasses, and even colored armor. In addition to all this, there are icons in this mode, I say right away, you need to shoot at them, and the larger the figure, the earlier the second coming.
You can also play alone, no one forbids, although we live in a free country. The game is different in one way: you sit in a circle and wait until the color of the monitor turns orange, and everything seems to be. To be honest, it's also cool for one, you can put a dead hamster on ctrl and go for a meal, the only drawback is that a notification does not come to the phone when the screen turns orange or other animals stuff numbers on you.

In general, the shooter is cool, but there are few characters of the human sex.
