Thanks for the help, i think it was something to do with being too close to the location of the house when installing it. I moved to a further location, verified the game cache integrity, loaded it up again and it all seems to be fine! no ore vein anymore! Great house once again, definitely my favourite in terms of the aesthetic and how it fits into the game very well!

Hey Otis. The floating vein issue is an odd one, and only seems to effect a small number of game clients. I've looked into this issue before, but could not make out a real solution. The issue seems to lie with the sequence in which the game loads the terrain data. Two things I can recommend - First, repair your game (Right click on Skyrim in Steam -> Local Files -> Verify integrity of game cache), second, try this save file I just made - http://beta.hdxgames.com/files/skyrim/ . Put that in your Documents -> My Games -> Skyrim -> Saves. Does the issue still occur with that save file?

Hey man, great job with the ridgeview house. Just wondering if you could help with a bug I'm getting, there is a floating ore vein in the outside smithing area by the house for me. I've done the floating grass fix already and it hasn't helped. http://imgur.com/a/0t9CA . Thanks!

Valve made a change to the Workshop legal agreements, so that's likely why it was hidden. I've signed the new agreement, so it should be public again .
