I wished for a higher difficulty and I got it. DLC is much harder than the base game on high difficulty setting, you have to manage limited medkits, limited ammo and such. Story-wise it is a continuation of the main story, looking forward for further DLCs. All in all, totally worth it if you liked the main game, just has a little bit less polish, but still worth a buy and play.

Lots of downsides, but much more upsides. Beautiful graphics, interesting setting, satisfying looting and shooting, stunning visuals, runs and optimized very well. 9/10, play it yourself instead of spoiling the plot.
