Bruh every time I look at the rules for this server I actually get angry they're so vague. Unban Bensen. He didn't break any rules, because they're so unclear.

1 message in every chatroom isn't spamming, and if you consider that spamming then I think you should also ban all the active members in this discord, who hop channels and fill up the discord with pointless messages too, then you should put a limit on how much people can speak per day in a new ruleset.

Also personally I would consider people saying "unban bensen" as spamming, but just as a collective. One person hasn't broken that rule, but as a group we've definitely broken it. How do you deal with it in that case.

On top of that, if it was simply for spamming 1 link in all channels alone, the ban wouldn't have lasted this long and clearly some other personal issue has also

Now im not saying its abuse of power, because otherwise I'd be breaking the rules. So I DEFINITELY DONT THINK THAT.
All im saying is that if hypothetically you were to ban someone just because you don't like them personally, that would be breaking your own rules a bit... The one that says "Don't be a ♥♥♥♥" in particular, also Don't attempt to circumvent the rules.. You can still circumvent the rules if you're an admin you know :wink:

These messages could be considered spam too, but I don't know that for sure because to me it's just an extended prose, a bit of a critique if you will, how should I know whether 2 or 3 discord messages in a row counts as spam. If the messages were shorter would it be different, or is it the content of the messages that makes it spam (I hope not, that's not very inclusive!)
