This is without a doubt the greatest game in the serious, followed closely behind by Fallout 2.
I remember getting Fallout: New Vegas as a kid on my Xbox 360 all those years ago and falling deeply in love with it, and I have found it to be worth every penny. It's what made me fall in love with both the western and post-apocalypse genres, and I cannot recommend it more.

Some love it, some hate it. It comes down to weather or not you're patient enough to die a lot.
Because you will. Many, many times. If that turns you off, this game isn't probably for you. However, if you can get past that, the game is an enjoyable mix between a modern arcade shooter and a realistic FPS, which doesn't seem like it would work, but it does.

This game is not for those who wish to get through the game as fast as possible. It is exceedingly difficult, and that's where the fun comes in; trying to overcome the harsh situations this game puts you in. Each level is different from the last, and it provides a stark, if short, story that left me wanting more, which is only amplified by the beautiful pixel art that the game utilizes to tell it's story.

This has probably been said before, but this is quite possibly (and in my own, personal opinion), one of the greatest games on Steam. The game is both simplistic and complex in a way that blends together perfectly. Controlling your crew seems fluid while battling it out with other ships makes reaching that next sector a pleasant achievement.

As it has been said before, this game is exceedingly difficult, but in a way that can be overcome by careful planning and knowledge on the game's mechanics. Having said that, to this day I have still only beaten the game once, and every minute has been enjoyable none the less. I cannot recommend this game more.
