I play this with my kids and it never fails to make us laugh. It's a LOT of fun, and the "just one more round" charm makes it difficult to put down. If you have people to play local multiplayer with I would highly recommend it. Well worth the full price. If it's on sale support the dev and buy it twice so you can gift a copy to the crazy old man who lives next door and stands in his garden at night in just his pants.

Early Access Review
A very chilled out game with a nice progression curve, beautiful graphics, and none of the stress you can get from other popular city builders.

I love how faithful this game is to the 5e rules, and the importance it places on the environment when in combat is refreshing - it pays to be aware of how well lit an area is, and you can use darkness to your advantage. The voice acting isn't great, but the soundtrack is beautiful and immersive. Recommended for anyone who likes Baldur's Gate, Pillars Of Eternity etc.

A brilliant game that really hits the reward centres of the brain! It's basically a clicker game, with some action & strategy thrown in, but it mixes these aspects perfectly to provide a fun, addictive experience that's great for a 10 minute thrash, a 6 hour session, or anything in between. It's one of those "just one more turn..." games.

Edit - It's been two months, and I still love GMC. The developer is highly active in updating the game - patching bugs; balancing difficulties; and adding new content. Fantastic value :)

A wonderful, chilled out, 3-in-a-row style puzzle game with plenty of collectibles and progression to keep you coming back for more. Great to pick up and play for a few minutes, or to relax for an hour or two while you're travelling or waiting for Big Wincey to get back from his drilling mission. Very nice graphics and the music is amaaaaaazing... Oh, and it's FREE! Why haven't you already got it?!

Relatively simple game mechanics leading to a very deep upgrade system and many hours of fun. Drill through asteroids, moons and planets to harvest minerals, loot, and collectibles. Hire crew members and level them up. Expand your HQ, upgrade your drilling ship, and rise through the ranks of mining corporations. This game is one of those games you can play for hours, or just have a 10 minute blast and still have a sense of progress. The artwork is bright and vibrant, the soundtrack is an absolute banger, and the developer has a cracking sense of humour. While it may seem a bit of a grind to some, if you prefer your games to have depth and longevity this one is thoroughly rewarding.

If you liked Toejam & Earl 16 bit, this is that plus more. Not the deepest of games, but it is great fun from the offset, and funky as f**k. If you're looking for nostalgia or a fun pick-up-and-play blast that stinks of Megadrive awesomeness, this is well worth getting.

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ you guys. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. This game is amazing. I love it so much I dream about it. I'm thinking about getting a playable version installed in my wife so I'll have an excuse to spend time with her. If it wasn't for things like food and work and sleep, I'd spend all my time playing it. If you want to achieve something in life, don't get this game.

The best roguelike I've played. Great humour and well thought out character progression, the developer is quick to respond to suggestions, and the music's by Zircon. Well worth the money!

Great fun - a cross between a platformer, a roguelike and an RPG, with some nice humour too. Good for both a short thrash and a multi-hour gaming sesh. Can be devilishly hard though, like my testicles are right now.
