For a player to reach prime level and be able to catch non cheater players, level 21... It's not good for new players. It takes a lot and that's why your community is full of cheaters. You keep not banning non prime players that cheat on competitive maps or operations games.

You guys need to redo your system... And help your community. Which you are not doing.

Valve anti-cheat is ridiculous. Bans people that don't cheat while there are cheaters around.
