For those craving the rush you felt playing any dark souls game the first time, this will def fulfill it. Quality soulslike.

An excellent game from valve in its early form. I find myself losing track of time in these matches. Played for 5 hours and it felt like only 1. Time flies when you're having fun. I look forward to the game evolution.

When you start off the game they give you 5 tickets for ranked play, 2 decks worth of cards to mess with, and 10 free packs (100 cards) which is more than I can say most OTCGs give. The amount of people surprised that you have to buy packs....like in real life TCGs....is pretty astonishing and considering how that's 50% of the reviews I would pretty much ignore them.

Despite what everyone says you can get packs for free in ranked. It takes 3 out of 5 wins in ranked to get a free pack if you cant afford to get any or just dont want to pay for them.
Be good at the game and get free packs.

This game is so balanced that even if people do buy specific cards from auction it wont matter. I've lost to plenty of people who were using starter decks with my heavily customized decks.

Yes yes it's like a combination of M&B and Arma, but that isn't what should draw you to this game.
What should draw you to this game is the fact that only 48 hours out of release this game has established a community of passionate people working around 3 devs to help make this game as good as it can possibly be (Not to mention it's more polished than most early access games 2 days into release). This isn't your average early access game, this is going to be a game that in a year we will barely be able to recognize from it's raw form right now, and for the better. The devs take advice and suggestions from people in their discord group and even talk about them with people in there as well to help find what's best for the future of this game.
If you're looking for a game that is establishing it's OWN identity behind a great little community and team of developers then this is a game you should pick up without a doubt.
