Lets summarize it:
-server disconnects every 2-3 hours
-no offline mode
-graphics looks worse than Forza Horizon 3
-very unoptimized
-lots of game breaking bugs
-very few cars to drive
-world looks empty

Positives? I had fun driving around the map in my Mustang.
