Child of Light, after some disscussion with a friend it is more like Child of Art. That is the whole game, a giant artwork.

The music is amazing, the art is beutiful, the story is kinda generic but the way it is done (with poetry) just made me love it that much more and had me screaming at anyone who made their sentences rhyme. And that's just the asthetics.

The battle system is simple but highly enjoyable. Everyone has their own unique skills makeing each member useful in their own right. For example, One guy is more of a tank and has a skill to attract attention and another person has a skill to the elemental spells. With the confides of only having 2 people in the field at once, it makes the battles more diverse and challenging to a point.

The length of the game, though it felt short, is actually quite long for an RPG. It took me about 12 hours to complete the game once and I will replay it again sometime in the future on the hard difficulty. The game is definitly worth your time and money.
