Fun game by the original Pokemon developers! That Peanut Butter jar achievement is the only annoying grind.

Amazing shadow dropped game by Shinji Mikami's studio! Fighting robots and bosses to the beat was an absolute blast! That Xenogears reference came right outta nowhere, I need to know who came up with that. There's still more side content that I haven't gotten to yet so I'll give that a try. Either way, this game was robbed at the 2023 Game Awards.

Short, fun game that was originally on Xbox Live Arcade. Some of the physics don't quite work well, so it gets frustrating sometimes. I fell out of the 2D plane a few times and was confused as to how and why.

Inticreates made an actual good game with Beck in it. So it's like when they made Mega Man 9 and 10, but it's Mighty No 9 bosses instead. With a surprise final boss.

A collection of some of the finest Castlevania games on the Game Boy Advance! I love playing these games, but this was the first time I ever played Dracula X so this was a first for me. One improvement I can get behind is that the music from Harmony of Dissonance has been tweaked to sound less awful (the GBA did some weird things to the audio). Next I'm gonna try the Dominus Collection, I've only ever played Dawn of Sorrow since Aria of Sorrow was an actual masterpiece.

Fun game where you have the movement speed of Jet Set Radio but you attack the bosses like it's Shadow of the Colossus. I had a lot of fun playing it, there's also a puzzle element to getting the boss to show up. The story was also good, but I kinda saw where it was going with the side quests. However I did notice one specific name in the credits: Zoe Quinn. Did they not do a background check?

Great collection of games from SNK's past in one package. Still needs a little work on the emulation as sometimes I lose control of the characters entirely at some points. Usually after using the rewind button.

If you enjoyed the first game, you'll enjoy the sequel. And as of the time writing this, another game is planned to be released soon as well. I'm not spoiling anything, go play it for yourself!

Niche Gamer was wrong about this game. Nothing actually happens in the game except you getting frustrated because you couldn't destroy enemies fast enough. Every time I try to save up for an upgrade it either snatches it away or I lose the round entirely. This is not fun in the slightest. Avoid it at all costs.

Fun investigative adventure game from the same developers of the Zero Escape series. I crashed a few times on the Minecraft ripoff level but that was because I was using an i5 processor instead of an i7 like the minimum requirements suggested. The sequel came out recently so I can't wait to play that.
