So I'm only on chapter 3, so I will update when I get further in the game! I'm gonna make this a serious review though, so.

Here's the things I like about this game so far:
- The sprite art is really cute (Usually, will elaborate later)
- The game has cat logic down to a pretty solid degree.
- It's pretty cute watching Chocola and Vanilla going around being Chocola and Vanilla.
- The other art in the game is also very pretty, from backgrounds to CGs and outfit design.
- *Great* use of onomatopoeia everywhere

Here's what I don't like, though:
- Major ambiguity on Chocola and Vanilla's ages. I get it that they age differently than both cats and humans, but the ambiguity between whether they're adults or children is way too major at times.
- Kashou often says that Chocola and Vanilla are like daughters or little sisters to him, which feels weird considering how the game wants you to sexualize them.
- Kashou often infantilizes Chocola and Vanilla, which feels weird sometimes when they act younger.
- The sprites are really well done! But sometimes when Chocola's eyes go wide when she's looking at you head-on, she looks *really* uncanny. This is usually not the case when Chocola's head is at a 3/4ths angle. Sometimes when Vanilla looks to the left at Chocola when her head is at a 3/4ths angle, her eyes look like they're looking in two different directions.

I'll mark this review as recommended, but this game really isn't something I would recommend to just anyone. Maybe if that person can overlook the weird age ambiguity and dynamic between Chocola, Vanilla, and Kashou, then maybe, but I dunno.

It's ♥♥♥♥. It's always been ♥♥♥♥. Just spend the $60+ on Koikatsu and its DLCs. it's way easier, way simpler and if you mod it you can do a lot with it. Don't waste your time on V-Katsu. I mean, you can't even get it anymore, but still. There are way better options.

I love this game.

Let me further elaborate.

I found this game back when I first made my Steam account. Y'know, back when I was just a weird otome game-obsessed teenager in my last few years of high school, when I had no real money and wanted something that was both free and high-quality. Now, I will admit, when I first started playing this game, the only two available routes to choose from were Neil and Dimitri, and I remember not liking either of them because they just weren't my type (I never even finished them, but that has nothing to do with the game itself or the pacing, it was just that I didn't like Neil or Dimitri as romantic interests.). The one thing that kept me coming back, though. was the design minigame where you make clothes for clients. I would spend hours playing the minigame and buying more patterns and fabric and styles to make things more difficult. I would even open the game specifically to play that minigame. Then one day, after I became an adult and got a job.... Caine's route dropped. Now, it took me a while to finish it simply due to my own lack of an attention span but let me tell you, I *loved* Caine. *Loved* him. Now, I had a story that I enjoyed.I will continue to come back to this game with every new route update and I can't wait to see it be finished! Thank you for making my teenage days a little less boring!

The art is pretty good, although it can be a little wonky at times. And the... ahem... longsword can be a little too convex at times. The ejaculations can be quite lackluster and very underwhelming. But I have always enjoyed PinkTea's games, and I don't think that any of my problems with the game really warrant not recommending it to someone else who's looking for a good H-game with a good story, but if you're looking for The Perfect H-Game (TM), this ain't it.

All in all, I'd rate it a healthy 7/10.

You know... Forgetting about the very simple fact that I am very much into Holopro vtubers, hell even just vtubers in general i love this game. I don't like a lot of roguelikes, but this game is different. It does everything right, it's highly addicting, I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ love it!

It's very nice on people like myself who just really suck at video games. (Also a small reminder: You can play your games at whatever difficulty you want. All that matters is if you're having fun. So yeah. Play that game on easy. Or very hard. Switch difficulties if you're struggling and that's making it unfun! Just don't give up on what you enjoy!)

But the Jasonafex drama kinda ruined it for me.

Play it if you want, or don't.

This game is *not* Koikatsu. It's boring and lacks substance. I'm genuinely amazed anyone can enjoy this.
