Im gonna ignore regional pricing as an issue since it doesnt reflect the quality of the game itself. Game is great. Lots of content in diff chars and game modes. Netcode is solid. Easy recommend at least try the demo.

its a great game, especially if youre new to the series. online issues are getting resolved, and lobbies havent been tha tbad for me tbh. online connections are great and gameplay is smooth.

if youre new to Fighting Games, this is a great first game. Has a great tutorial and the execution isnt that extreme.

If you're already experienced with FGs, you'll find that despite the low char count, there is a lot of gameplay variety. All of the characters seem OP which is a great sign of the "fun" you can have. Other highlights:
-Soundtrack is pretty good
-Online is superb
-really deep systems that allow for creativity in play
-Great training mode

while as of now the servers are unstable and matches are sometimes hard to find, I'd like to point out that the actual connection during a match is very good. rollback means matches rarely slow down to a crawl, and while it wont make terrible connections great, the good connections feel really snappy.

Is it lacking features at launch? yes. Is the story mode incomplete? yes. IF those things matter to you then wait for the update in a month.

If all you want to do is throw fireballs at people online then, you already know youre going to be buying this.

this game made me make notes, decipher an alphabet, and play around with my time settings. 10/10
