What I love most about this game is the comparatively large amount of variability in play, if you are willing to experiment you will never feel the boredom that comes with playing similarly so long that it feels like a grind.

Each class in the game can be played in widely different ways with a number of different builds (a combination of weapons and talents).

The wide variety of weapons (with only a couple similar copies between characters) all take time to learn and master if you want to be truly optimal with them, some being easier/harder than others.

The talents changing core mechanics of the class further increases the variability.

And if you are addicted enough to sink 600+ hours in like me and thirst for challenge, you will still find the highest difficulty (Cataclysm) not failing to satisfy at all, and if one wanted to go even further there are higher difficulty mods that will test even those with thousands of hours.
