A well built, fast paced, balanced fighting game that excels at teaching tech skill and easy combos. Every character is fun to play and all matchups are at worst 40:60.

This game is among my personal favourites. It has a tonne of well thought out and challenging content free DLC, more secrets than i could count, fun game play that controls perfectly has great combat, and a story that is there if you look for it. This game is the first game that I actively worked for every achievement and loved doing from beginning to end and there is still more challenges left to complete. The studio Team Cherry is a group of wonderful people who made this game for people to enjoy and continued to go above and beyond for the community (the most recent example of this generosity is the recent announcement that one of the planned DLC packs will be expanded in to a full game called Hollow Knight Silksong). I look forward to playing more of this.
