After uninstalling mid S1 due to my poor performance (being unable to win 1 vs 3 and all) installed this ♥♥♥♥ again just to see if things have improved. Turns out they did!
Back in S1 I thought that most of my teammates was just a braindead fecal sludge, but now with the addition of default enabled mic I know that they're just 7yo kids! Kids that don't revive, don't fight, all they can do is die stupidly when arguing with their siblings who should play right now and that's a bloody RANKED game, man!

Welp, at least this time I only wasted 5 minutes of my time. No third chance for this ♥♥♥♥ until they'll fix the matchmaking
