An incredibly faithful remake, it's weird to imagine that "Making a game from 2006 like we made it in 2024" is kind of an exception among big videogame remakes. It helps that the game being remade was pretty peak to begin with.

It's peak

Great take on a 'Survivor'-style game, and incredible value for the price.
For a price this low, if you're even slightly interested in Survivor games you shouldn't pass on it.

It even has WOMEN in it.

Extremely gripping and immersive story with light roleplaying elements.
What you see in the trailers should speak for itself. It's a story-heavy game in a historical setting.
Most of the gameplay is spent reading as you follow a large cast of characters through their lives.
Highly recommended if you've enjoyed games like Disco Elysium or Night in the Woods.

Very promising early access game. In it's current state it's a little light on content and very jank, with some bugs and janky movement. This has the foundation of a very good game that's bound to become something big with continued development and polish.

In terms of gameplay and what to expect, it plays with the mission structure of Deep Rock Galactic, the ship-based combat and "ship chores" of Sea of Thieves, wrapped in the flavor of Warframe.

Even if you don't buy it now, this is one to keep your eye on.

its ok

The often imitated, never duplicated, sim game.

In my present fort, I had a child who got in a 1v1 with a coyote when they were 2, they won by choking the coyote to death before my militia could arrive to help. Covered in both their own blood and the coyote's, they came out of the fight with more combat skills than most adults and a freshly acquired inability to feel emotions. Even as they grew up into an adult I occasionally checked on them and never noticed them feeling anything except the horror of that moment. With no skills except combat, I eventually drafted them into the militia. The first time they felt something in years was being taught to fight and sparring. I am afraid of him.

this game has at least a few women in it
