Since it is free it is hard to complain.


Short (somewhat) nice bizarre point-and-click story with gore in mind, but you probably already found that out by looking at images.

Bit buggy, OK polish, could be better. Plain characters, even main protagonist seems bit shallow (and that sense of humor ...). Ending was… unsatisfying (for me).

Sometimes weird design choices. Sometimes weird puzzles. Got stuck only once, so that is good. For those who played the game, they could have probably guest, where I got stuck Stupid RH and temperature .

OK graphics, good soundstage, voices. There were also cut-scenes, which I didn’t expect, nice touch. If you are somewhat clever, there is not much backtracking, which is also good.


Overall, I think pretty decent. I will give 2 scores.
Score at current price (free) is 9/10, play it if you have 5 hours to spare and you don’t mind gore.

Score if game would cost like 3.99, that would be around 6.8/10, maybe even a 7.1/10 Ah Beuno…. Interesting story, but bit mundane.

Tried during free weekend.
Pros:

• No cheaters yet + anti-cheat build in. Nice.
  
• Build in communicator
  
• 50 vs 50 battles, couple huge maps and modes.
  
• Servers with good ping. (No peer to peer nonsense)

Cons:

• Textures are bad - They always pop in, sometimes game just gives up and low texture stays on some places for whole (40 minute) round. Nice to look at...
  
• Poor performance, poor visuals. I know, I got old 2x980GTX in SLI, but I was expecting bit more in this day and age. Other games runs fine. I don't know.
  
• Poor interface. When you click on something in menu, it needs to refresh. Objectives are sometimes poorly shown. Often you will be killed by teammates, because names above the head is shown, when you are near teammate and above enemy not. Sometimes. That is pretty bad. There is no kill-cam, no nametag "Killed be someone" or something like that so you don't know, if you were killed by enemy or teammate. Only time, when game tells you something about team-killing, when you kill you teammate, rest of the cases are not coved... awesome. Maybe in scoreboard, but it always flashed at end of the game and in time I find my name, scoreboard is gone.
  
• Lags - Even in low ping server or playing in "training"(there is no proper training) solo. Don't go inside "houses"(that is what you call houses ? Walls and windows... that's it. Oh and door frames), or you can get stuck.
  
• Bugs - You can get stuck and die cause of it. Careful around water, you can't swim too. Sometimes you are kicked out of the server, because it is full. Ehm... ok I guess you will not anybody else in, but why kicking me out ?
  
• Glitches - Dead bodies wrap around them self. Bunkers sometimes get this glitch spikes, and when you touch them you are dead.

You can love this game, or hate it. I don't like waling for 5 minutes, then die for I don't know what reason, maybe enemy camper sniped you or teammate killed you (as usual) and then rinse and repeat. I am usually bored most of the game. Respawn time is 30 seconds - 1 minute. Maybe I am just bad/old, I don't know my KDA is usual 2/10/?. When you get a shot on someone, I can image that being fun, but once per 15 minutes... that is less then Apex legends or Rainbow six siege, that's bad.
No fun for me, maybe when they fix everything, I can visit this later, but for now no from me. Maybe they will fixed this, but usually game dies by that time. Shame. Oh and it is not cheap either, but that is another topic.

Score:
2/10 - When you are bored playing a game, that is not good. Not even those glitches were funny.

Of course I just played multiplayer, but I heard a lot of that campaign and I am really looking for this game. But I am going to buy this, when it will get cheaper (hopefully it won't be dead be that time).
Pros:

• Fun (but dead- see Edit 2) multiplayer
  
• Possible good Excelent campaign
  
• No lags/bug so far
  
• During free weekend there were 20k people online, so fast matches. Now around 3000 - that is really good

Cons:

• Expensive
  
• No offline multiplayer - when servers die, game dies too (except of sp)
  
• In game store in paid (and expensive) game
  
• Mandatory Origin DRM

Since it is on sale I bought it. Campain was short but awesome ! You can call it best tutorial ever. And multiplayer is awesome too ! :)

It is sad for me... but.... I can't recommend this game anymore, since is DDoSed - multiplayer is gone for time being. Until they fix it I can't recommend buying this game even on sale. BTW: don't buy Titanfall 1 - that is only multiplayer game, which you can't play multiplayer - pretty shady. Yeah and same reason - DDOS.

This is why you are not buying game at full price. It was expensive ? For me - no, for others maybe. But quality was... let me say, if this game was for free, I would not play it. But I was going to play it with me friends - for 2 hours. Rest is playing me this game with strangers. And it is sad.

Pros: (This font represents latest patch)

• 60 FPS support (till now it was 30FPS...PF2021)

• Fun with friends (like every game…)
  
• Cross play with mobile (and this too probably causes some issues from Cons list)

Cons:

• Cant type (in game where communication is essential) When you log in (which was imposible before), you can type (if you are older than 13)
  
• No build it communicator (in game where communication is essential)
  
• Quick chat (Why it is not bind to keys ??? Why we can't have custom [curated] sentences...)
  
• Can't move sometimes
  
• Randomly lobby just dies
  
• Randomly game dies
  
• Randomly (Europe) server dies
  
• A lot of bugs (and every update adds more, older ones are not fixed)
  
• A lot of lags (players are randomly teleporting thought doors)
  
• No anti-cheat (players are randomly teleporting thought walls and doors)
  
• Badly implemented report system (if someone leaves, you can't report them)
  
• No matchmaking / no auto joining to lobbies / no ranked etc.
  
• No penalty for leaving
  
• After you are dead (ghost) and all tasks are done, there is nothing to do for you, so it is just boring (boring game... that is not good)

I hate when companies do this. Game was not good before this patch, and now its unplayable. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.
I will change my review/score, when game will improve, but for now, I am disappointed and next time I will wait for sale and not buy game at full price.

After a fix its better, but I still can't recommend this for issues that persist.

This game was suppose to be showpiece for new console.
Graphically it doesn't looks so bad (this is CryEngine ? What ?! pfff….), but gameplay is…. let's say simple. You just mash two buttons and you can kill anyone. Good for techdemo, bad for good game.
PC port is not that good either, not bad too so its average. Some game stutters independent on power of your graphics card no key rebinding (there are 2 sets of key binding you can pick… ehm) etc.
And game is finished within in 10 hours with collecting staff and playing multiplayer (yes, this game has multiplayer…). It's really short. But on massive discount it is good buy.

Overall, painfully average game with simple mechanics, nothing exciting here, but I can't say I didn’t enjoyed it while I was playing it. It was fun.

Trash...worst game I have played this year... that's bad...Unbalanced, laggy, chugs like a truck, clucky... is this pre-alpha ? Ugh...

After trying out the demo I was ready to try the whole game. I finished game with all achievement, so I guess I finished it all.

In short, charming and delightful point and click hand-drawn 2d adventure game backed in the kickstarter back in 2016. I love this game and I think, game loves me back. Cool.

Pros:

• Beautiful 2D animations

• Nice visuals (I think these 2D graphics will age very well)
  
• No bugs (found 1 tiny one except spider, but it not that big of the deal. When I was heating up water for the tea, I turned on heaters, stepped back and when I returned, I couldn't turn them on/off. )

Con:

• Bit short - worth the price thought.

TLDR:
Strange delightful game, about kind with not that wonderful family. At least, when you finish the game, you can say, that your life is better :).

Pros:

• Nice charming game

• Beautifully crafted. Happiness for developers and sparkles for everyone :)
  
• No bugs (shame these days, that I need to put it in Pros section)

Cons:

• Bit pricy for amounts of hours that you will play Yikes forever!
  
• Too short - Yikes forever and ever!
  
• Deceptively linear ("your choices are really important" - I don't know about that)
  - story branching got sort of pear shape. I lot of important choices at start, and at it
  doesn't change much
  
• Can't recommend to younger players (PEGI 16 is there for something). So it looks like game targeted for kids, but audience should be adults. Strange.
  
• Puzzles were nice, but really easy for me...
  
• Sometimes incoherent storytelling

What I think hold this game back, is that its short and not really greatly designed game. Artistically is beautiful, but by game design, hmmm not so much. I know it's hard to do right, some games do it, some don't.
For example what was the point of asking me, why I saw anyone die or if I lied to someone ? It changed nothing about the game. Not even increased suspicion by you protagonist. And even when I picked the "correct" choices, which would tell, where and who the parasite is, it's still didn't changed much. Shame, it could have been more interesting.

Overall, nice game. Would give higher score, if it would be cheaper and longer...

Wow.... one of the worst "games" i have ever played. Is this art ? Really ? Was this a game ? I hope not. As a short novel I would give it 1/10, as a game ? Since I can't go below 0.
