EDIT : I finished the game and yes the ending was messy and weird, don't really know what to think about it XD

I still haven’t finished Kiwami 2, but I wanted to share my thoughts about this game and this fantastic franchise anyway. The game is amazing. It’s crazy how I never get bored because there’s so much to do without it ever feeling too much.

The story is engaging (not as strong as Yakuza 0 or even Kiwami 1, but still excellent). The gameplay can feel a bit repetitive over time, but it remains enjoyable and satisfying to play. The side stories are genuinely hilarious and very well written. Some of them actually made me laugh out loud because they’re so stupid in the best way XD. The characters and the universe are incredible as always, in my opinion, and the mini games and various activities are super fun.

I can’t wait to keep playing it and to experience all the Yakuza games! 😄

By playing this demo primarily on Steam Deck, the game is for now not really optimized for it. It runs at a 30 stable FPS (and even more with some tweaking), but with a ton of micro stuttering that makes your 30 FPS look like 20. Hope they will do something about it on the official release cause for me, if the game stutters like that on Steam Deck it won't deserve the "Verified" ranking.

I won't go further into what RGG is doing about this game or even their studio and decisions (you can check by the other reviews on this demo or on internet), but the thing that makes me scared the most is the supposed leaks about the retcons and changes of the story. I'm currently playing Kiwami 2 and as a french person, I preordered this game also for the french localization. But like : changing some major plots on this game ? What is even the point ? I've been spoiled a bit sadly on the game but if that's really true I would be really angry cause I hate retcons, especially when they decide to change the story for no reasons.

Otherwise, I didn't encounter problems about lighting in this game. Maybe it's an SDR problem ? Cause on my Steam Deck and PC I enabled HDR and the lighting seemed fine to me.

Flawed, Yes — But Far From the Disaster People Claim

Honestly, I'm a little tired of seeing review bombing on the latest games that come out (especially new FPS games). Yes, the game has flaws, it's not perfect. Yes, the game isn't very well optimized. With my RTX 5070 Ti and Ryzen 9 9900x, I was getting between 90-100 fps on ultra with DLAA. Personally, it didn't bother me, but for more modest configurations, I can understand why it might be a problem. Yes, the game was too “hyped” for my taste, especially since it was the last reveal at the 2025 Games Awards, and that must have contributed to the disappointment among players.

But that doesn't mean the game is bad: it has potential, both good and bad at times. For once, the game mode is innovative for an FPS! And don't tell me otherwise, the developers clearly wanted to do something new, and I think the game mode is fun. The weapons feel good, and the gameplay is dynamic without being epileptic. Unfortunately, I agree on one point: 3v3 is too light on such large maps. In my opinion, they should have either shortened the map or offered 5v5 or even 6v6.

The game was just released yesterday and people are trashing it as if it were Concord 2.0, probably after playing it just once and wanting to contribute to the public's hatred. It annoys me that FPS players today are never satisfied. I'll say it again: yes, the game has flaws and maybe could have used more polish, but in the meantime, it's free to play and offers something innovative for once. I'm waiting to see what the game will offer next, hoping that it won't become a dead game later on, which would be a real shame.

Not being a gacha game player at all, I was pleasantly surprised by Wuthering Waves and all the immense content it offers! A completely free game that isn't pay-to-win, with an intriguing story and characters. The gameplay is simple and satisfying to get to grips with, especially when you're just starting out, so you don't feel lost. The game's optimization is also very good, and you can easily max out the FPS counter with DLSS and multi-frame generation technologies. It's quite impressive to see that a free game sometimes offers more content than games sold for $70.

The only flaw I could point out as we begin our adventure is that the game's UI can be a little confusing and cluttered, full of pop-ups that are hard to understand. It's a bit of a shame because it spams you with information that you don't understand.

But in all honesty, I can only recommend it if you're looking for a very good free game with immense replay value!

What can I say about Cyberpunk 2077? It's a game with an incredible story and gameplay that kept me glued to my seat for almost 100 hours, during which I was never bored. Every quest, both main and side, is captivating and richly written.

The graphics, if you can take advantage of Raytracing, are incredible even today, and I played it on my old PC without Raytracing but still found the game very beautiful. The optimization isn't perfect but has been refined over time so that today the game runs very well overall. Special mention goes to the DLC, which is probably my favorite story and ending.

Despite its richness, Cyberpunk 2077 has a few flaws, minor ones in my opinion, but ones that should be taken into account. The city and NPCs are not as “alive” as one might imagine, in my opinion. Especially when compared to Baldur's Gate 3, for example, the open world feels a little “empty.” Bugs can creep into your experience, but they are usually minor and rather funny. I would also have liked to see more advanced RPG elements, such as more consequences for our choices and actions, for example.

That said, I still highly recommend it, especially when it's on sale!

Wake up Samurai, we have a city to burn!

This game clearly blows Mario Kart World out of the box in every aspects. Let's be clear about that. The game is really fun, a first for me in years with a “mainstream” kart game, because I was tired of Mario Kart. It's always the same thing, always games governed by items that completely influence the game and your position in the race despite your skill. Here, skill is above all required to really be able to win and advance in the game. Items may influence your game in the end, but it's really fun!

I also did something I haven't really done in years: I bought the deluxe version because seeing Hatsune Miku in SpongeBob's car makes me laugh so much. More seriously, the crossovers are really cool and fit in with the theme of the game (crossworlds, with portals and dimensions, it makes perfect sense).

If I had to point out one annoying flaw in the PC version, it would be the 60 fps lock and the lack of HDR. HDR isn't a big deal, you can just use RTX HDR and you're good to go, but there's no way to disable the 60 fps lock, and for a game released in 2025, it really shows a lack of determination on the part of the developers, which is unfortunate. The game is still very well optimized, and 60 fps is still smooth and playable, I'm not saying otherwise, but we are on PC in 2025... I don't think I need to say more, you already know the drill.

Khazan is a amazing “Souls-like” action RPG that I'm really enjoying at the moment and find to be very underrated. Whether it's the story, graphics, gameplay, OST, bosses, atmosphere, or even the optimization, which is really top-notch. The game runs perfectly on my setup and even on my Steam Deck, I get a super stable 30 fps lock on high-medium settings or close to 60 fps on low settings.

Speaking of difficulty, because seasoned Souls-like players love to talk about it and may consider it a “negative point,” yes, the game is not very hard. Yes, there are several difficulty modes, so you won't find the same challenge as in Elden Ring or even Black Myth Wukong, but here we're more focused on a permissive, dynamic, and above all FUN gaming experience. And that's what I personally love about it. It's easy to understand and get the hang of, while still not being that easy for some parts. It's just the perfect compromise. I love it. Those who are going to trash the game with comments like “yeah, but it's not hard enough, blah blah blah” should find another game on which to prove their ego and maintain their sense of “pride,” which has absolutely no place in video games, and even less so in narrative single-player games.

In short, for now I love this game, I highly recommend it, and I really invite you to try it if you have the opportunity !

IMPORTANT EDIT : I realized that according to several media outlets and official sources, there are security flaws in Dark Souls 1, 2, and 3. And we're not just talking about finding an IP address and be like “Nyeh nyeh nyeh, I know where you live, but since you live 1,000 kilometers away from me, I'm not going to do anything!”

No. These flaws allow hackers to control your PC remotely and do pretty much whatever they want on your machine. So they can effectively: control your PC remotely, ruin your PC if they want to, install viruses, steal your personal data, hack your browser cookies (Google Chrome, Firefox) including your Google, Steam, and Facebook accounts, your bank accounts, your health insurance accounts, and do I need to go on?

It's an ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. The creators of this game deserve CRIMINAL penalties, and very severe ones at that, if I may say so. Imagine playing a mediocre game and then someone potentially ruining your life? I know I've been very harsh on this game, and despite everything, I respect those who enjoy this game and the Souls series, but this is no longer just a subjective opinion from someone who doesn't like the game, but your life is literally at stake. Someone with malicious intent could literally steal your identity or empty your bank accounts.

Seriously? There's also the same problem with older Call of Duty games (even WW2, for example), and Activision doesn't give a ♥♥♥♥ about it and continues to sell their games for $60. Well, it's the same thing here, it's a joke. I bitterly regret installing this crap on my PC. Where is Steam moderation to remove these games permanently until the problem is solved? But no, because there are suckers with white liquid in their mouths, the game is still accessible to everyone. What an outrage. Never install this thing. At worst, play it offline or on a console, but it's an absolute disgrace. ABSOLUTE. So, to conclude, I'll give you the honor of my rating for this game: 0/10. Don't install this piece of crap on your PC.

A game that has aged very poorly. The controls are unresponsive and extremely slow, the level design is absolutely terrible, and the game is ugly despite being “remastered.” The game is not fun. Don't fall for the reviews that consider it an excellent game; they are blinded by biased nostalgia and their lack of experience with video games at the time they played this game. No one can change my opinion about these Souls games; they are bad and will always remain so. Stop living in a utopia, thinking that this game was incredible for its time. Even when it was released, the game was already outdated and absolutely no fun. Definitely the most overrated game ever.

I advise you to turn to great “Souls-like” games that deserve infinitely more recognition, such as Black Myth Wukong or Lies Of P, which are infinitely better than this game. I'd like to take this opportunity to point out the 60 fps lock, which isn't absolutely horrible because it's still playable and because games weren't previously capable of running at higher refresh rates, especially on consoles or older PCs, but having a 60 fps lock on Elden Ring released in 2022 or even Nightreign released in 2025, is absolutely shameful and demonstrates terrible optimization that is unworthy of what video games can offer today, especially on PC. But I'll go into more detail on this point when I review Elden Ring and I'll probably be very salty about it.

In short, this game deserve no recognition and would be better off in the void of forgotten games. I regret buying it even on sale.

My first impressions on this SILENT HILL F are for now really good ! I'm enjoying it so far, the characters, story, gameplay are well made and the monsters are really terrifying. It keeps the silent hill vibe really well with puzzles, the atmosphere with the fog and everything. I noticed something that may be really weird to hear and I dunno if it's intentional or not, but when Hinako inspect objects or anything, her voice isn't dubbed and I don't know why it has a ''oldschool'' silent hill vibe which I love.
The performance are also really great so far, running amazing on ultra with DLSS quality ! Unfortunately, it has sometimes traversal stuttering which is unfortunate but it doesn't stutter like SH2 remake so that's cool. Talking of SH2 remake, the graphics are a bit less good but they're still holding up really well and the art direction is so amazing that you don't even care.

Besides some glitches like flickering or saying that I'm in 60hz (I have a 180 hz monitor but besides the visual glitch, I still run unlimited fps) which I hope will be fixed soon, the games looks really great ! I love it, can't wait to continue
Will probably update the review when I finished the game :>
