The Intel HD 3000 is a graphics chipset in your CPU designed to be used for your Operation system among other things. It is not designed to run games and out game requires a DX11 supported GPU.
Now you say you have a Nvidia GTX 660 and I just want to note that all the 660 series seem to be 2GB not 1.3GB as you have stated. The GTX 660 is a DX11 GPU so it will work with our game, however if the game is trying to use your Inbuilt Graphics that means your system might not be seeing your GTX 660. Make sure you have the latest GPU drivers which you can get from the Nvidia website, make sure your system is detecting your GTX 660. You can run this by searching dxdiag and looking at Display 1, should say Nvidia GTX 600 series. Let me know how you go and if you get the play the game and enjoy your time I hope you change your review in the future.
