This expansion is great, actually, people just want to be miserable I guess. I enjoyed the story, the new maps are gorgeous, and the dungeons and raids are really fun. :)

Beautiful game, I just wish it had been a little bit longer and had a more satisfying ending. I was really hoping for the main character to reunite with his family at the end and I am kind of bummed that wasn't shown.

I love Ark: Survival Evolved, it's been one of my favorite games on Steam. Ark: Survival Ascended is a great visual upgrade and I'm really enjoying it so far as a game. That being said, the decisions to have unofficial servers exclusive to Nitrado, which is currently pricing them at 32USD/mo for the lowest price option, and the choice to not utilize Steam Workshop for mods but instead have mods as a paid service Wildcard gets a cut of through Overwolf is absolutely insane and horrendously greedy. Because of those choices I would not currently recommend getting this game. Hopefully in the future this changes.

I've had a lot of fun playing Firefall in the past but after the latest update I wouldn't recommend this game. They removed a lot of things from the game and are 'reworking' them before they put them back in, but I'm really not sure if these things will ever be put back in to the game. Crafting and the endgame zones have been removed and still havn't been put back in, and plenty of other changes people are unhappy with have been implemented. Everything I liked and cared about in the game has been removed. If the update ever comes where some of these things are brought back to the game I might change this review, otherwise I'd just say stay away from the game in its current state.
