corrupt intervention is a good replacement as well

running both ruin and pop is very detrimental to slowdown, they used to be fine together but now you are better off running pop with sloppy to slow down healing. ruin is just a gamble and if you lose, you end up playing with 3 perks and losing out on slowdown. just logic. we had very fast heals which let us work on gens quickly.
