One of the best games I've ever played. Go into it as blind as possible. I wish I could wipe my memory and play it again.

I really wanted to like this game. I really did. It looks beautiful and I'm generally a fan of side-scrolling shooters. But this one was just...really tedious and frustrating. Mechanically, it is utterly uncompelling and lackluster. When I read reviews complaining about how it doesn't innovate, I didn't feel like that was a big downside -- after all, I've played some older games of this type and enjoyed them! But I feel like this one didn't learn from those, and makes some mistakes in terms of gameplay and balance that just shouldn't be made of a game coming out today. I ended up uninstalling the game out of frustration and don't really have any desire to return to it.

Superb little game. I loved the story, and the hacking mechanics were very clever. My only complaint was that it was over before I knew it! I would have loved more levels, they were very fun.
