The best thing to happen to the Binding of Isaac. A wonderfully updated engine thanks to the hard workers over at Nicalis along with new items, bosses, enemies, and characters to keep you fully entrenched in this rogue-like ICON. It has a massive amount of replayability for those who enjoy a decent dose of masochism now and again. It's hard for me to come back to games after playing them for those first 40-60 hours, but TBoI has perfected some kind of master formula that allows me to sit down a couple times of week for another chance to roll the dice.
