If you are considering buying it because it got pitched to you as "Immersive sim" - I am afraid that the game design isn't really there. While the game constantly advertises itself as "impossible to softlock", it includes both save-load mechanic and difficulty changing as the ways to unsoftlock yourself, making it worthless. What's worse, is that increasing the difficulty doesn't actually increase the challenge/requirement for creative usage of your surroundings, instead restricting your playstyle heavily; for example, in chapter 3 you are forced to control a unit; at this point of the game, you can't return back to the exploration part of the game, and it takes only 1 alert from any enemy on the stage to increase the control cost to unreachable levels (you don't have enough points on that level); thus, you are forced into a stealth section, which is not a particulary strong suit of the game, and can be much harder or easier depending on build. Up to this point I never really felt a "gotcha" moment like in imsims games, finding some smart way to achieve a goal; everything I've done feels like it was intended by the developer to be achieved in that particular way. By the way, the upgrades you can get on your character are completely unbalanced (like, you can choose between dealing meager damage that doesn't pierce an energy shield or gaining an ability to fly with no restrictions whatsoever); obviously some choices are much better than others, and it affects the gameplay balancing a lot. Overall, if you want a cute puzzle game to play on a low difficulty - it fits the bill; if you thought it would be more of a sandboxy simulator where upping difficulty actively enhances your experience - that's a pass.

Has blinking lights - take care if you have epilepsy. Other than that - pretty nice low poly puzzle game, reminded me of Antichamber.

Game is nice if you liked Lobotomy Corp, gameplay is a deckbuilder arena game with some extra mechanics sprinkled here and there, but the strong side is the plot. Too bad it's getting review bombed after some people disliked the ending; without spoilers - it was a logical finale, yet didn't answer all the questions. Still totally recommend

But seriously, it's like very good game on Skyrim engine (no offence, Todd). Also music is amazing. Also the plot is great.
