Not worth the $5, gameplay consists of mindlessly smacking left click.

Very cute, creative, fun escape room type puzzle game. My fiancee and I played through all the content together (she later went back and redid them all herself - that's how good they are), and I can't really complain about anything. The puzzles are creative and fun, with some classics layered in here and there. The level design is absolutely gorgeous, with all sorts of little set dressings and atmospheric touches that bring each "room" to life, just like an IRL escape room type experience. I felt like it struck the perfect balance between being easy and intuitive, and requiring you to keep on your toes and think things through with some ingenuity. I sometimes don't like puzzle games that lean too far on either end of that spectrum, so having escape sim hit right in the middle really made it a blast. Some of the puzzles are able to be brute forced if you're really stubborn (ie most of the padlocks), but most genuinely require you to get a solution in the intended way(s). I haven't interacted with the community content a ton, but the things I have have been super quality, creative, and enjoyable. Overall, I think if you like puzzle games, especially coop ones, this is a very easy recommendation to make.

Best $40 I could've spent. There are flaws (RIP subway surfers unicycle level), but the game overall feels like it was made with love and reverence to the classic seasons of the show. It's about as good as a spongebob game could ever get, and is a worthy sequel to BFBB rehydrated. I wouldn't hate to see more of these every couple years or so.

Huntress route makes this game an 11/10, immediately. Everything else is ok.

Early Access Review
Edit: Dev incompetency, two long betas with progress resets, and a lack of content killed this game. A great game with a bright future can't peak 1000 players or have sub-10 minute queues because of devs that won't bother to monitor servers until they become an issue. No new content until late September and re-rotating already used store configurations shows how in the grave this game is. The discord community managers being unprofessional and taking suggestions about game and community health as personal sleights also dampens any hope I could have about a resurgence from here. RIP, outclassed by DbD, somehow. Old review still attached to show what could've been.

Very fun game with a solid ground to move forward with. Easy to play for multiple matches at a time, with all of the things to play against (different killers, different teen weapons) adding a lot of variety. The grind is a bit much, especially with devs hawking founder packs with $25 as the lowest tier, but for a free-to-play environment it's whatever. There's no pay to win mechanics or anything, either, as all of the real currency goes into purely cosmetic options and battlepass-like options. I'm very eager for the game's future, as it seems things couldn't really go wrong from here.
Playing teen, especially with friends, is a good time. It can be a little frustrating, as some games ultimately result in you being a punching bag while everyone else makes weapons, but it's nothing out of the ordinary in an asymmetrical pvp. Playing monster is a good bit more stressful than the killer/power role in other games, but ultimately fine. It's not the worst I've played, and it helps that many killer abilities feel very nice to use. That said, it's not perfect, it might not be your cup of tea, and it's ultimately just another flavor of the same formula we've seen in other games. If that's not for you, that's fine and doesn't really detract from the game being as solid as it is.
With the game itself being really solid, the community is just alright. People are generally friendly and easygoing, but there can be a lot of holier-than-thou types who like really really stan the game and can't seem to let go of propping it up and comparing it to every other 4v1. It's a lot, and I personally think the parasociality of it gets really obnoxious really fast. Hopefully a lot of the content creators and playerbase in general will move on quickly, because the game ultimately deserves to be held in regard for its own merits rather than "heehoo this mechanic not like in poopy stinky game amirite guise????"
Overall, definitely try it if it's in your wheelhouse. Unlike a lot of other asymmetricals that either launched dead or refused to make the game fun at all until the playerbase died (Last Year, HSHS, Propnight), the devs really do seem to genuinely care, and the balance reflects it.

The best battle royale imo.

Devs are very on top of the game, adjusting things if need be (thank banan for the hamster ball rework), and always adding more content in a substantial way. Queues are fast, community is non-toxic, and free currency is given in appropriate-feeling amounts and times. Highly recommended as a less stressful alternative to battle royales, but still having a ton of depth and strategy.

I hate it here.

EDIT: The game's currently undergoing a total 180 in terms of my feelings, especially with regards to the devs' handling of communication with the playerbase. Would reccommend.
