Oxygen Not Included is a brilliantly designed colony management sim with unparalleled depth. The simulated physics of gases and liquids creates uniquely challenging gameplay as you watch oxygen diffuse, liquids find their level, and heat transfer through materials - scratching that science nerd itch like no other game. Managing your quirky duplicants while engineering complex systems offers hundreds of addictive hours where creative solutions spawn fascinating new problems. A masterpiece that rewards ingenuity and methodical thinking.

It was different from previous games... I like that you can play fully stealth, a mix or full combat. I really like the panther playstyle and the new tag system makes you FEEL like a b.a. agent. I know it's controversial but I enjoy it. This and Blacklist are top tier Splinter Cell IMHO

Let me start by saying that I would have previously recommended this game until recently. Try as I may, I've never found a game that scratches the same gunplay itch that Destiny does. It just feels so good when you're in combat.

That being said... I cannot abide their latest changes. With the announcement of the "vault," where they're literally stripping content out of the game that we paid for. If you want to do free-to-play Destiny 2, go for it. It's a fun game.

I would not give them any money, though. Removing content from the game that I paid for is borderline criminal to me. I haven't even gotten to finish the content they're removing and "might" put back someday. IMHO this is a cheap, dirty, crappy thing for Bungie to do. I don't care what your reasons are - if I pay you a flat fee for it, and you then remove it so I can no longer play it... how is that not theft?

TL;DR Free-to-play is great, but don't give them any money or you'll pay for content you can't play.

Edit: this shows my hours at like 2.3 hours or something, but I've played 100s of hours on PS4 and Google Stadia

I loved both the first game and this one. The combat is seamless, the graphics are good, the story is decent. It's just... hella fun to play. I even come back to it from time to time just to run around killing orcs because it's so well done.

Early Access Review
I bought this game back when it first released to Early Access. I even made YouTube videos about it that the devs commented on. I was SO excited for this game... YEARS later I've checked back to see if anything ever finally became of this game... because at the time updates basically never happened.

From what I can tell they still occasionally release updates... but for my case, I basically consider this game "abandonware." If I could get my money back I would. I feel lied to, as the game is nothing like it was supposed to be. At the rate this game is going my 8 month old daughter will be able to play it before it's finished - if it ever gets finished.

IMHO - don't waste your money. Not even if the game is $3. Anything shy of FREE is a "just wait and see if they ever actually finish the game" before you buy.

If you don't understand logic and/or are not at all interested in programming... you probably won't like this. If you do enjoy either of those things, you probably will.

Fantastic little puzzle game based on logic and programming. It's really neat to see your "code" play out in front of you. It's fantastic when you get that "aha!" moment. I did find the interface on PC clunky to use in later levels due to the large amount of "lines of code" needed... but it's not too bad.

First, I have to get this off my chest: Some of these negative reviews are asinine. You had one bad match and decided the game wasn't worth playing? I've played 6 hours of this beta without a single network related issue. In fact, without a single issue whatsoever. Just because you have Google Fiber doesn't mean you have a good connection. Imagine if we did this with other things in life, "I love my car. It's my favorite color, it's fast, it's smooth, it's quiet... but it got a flat tire once so I scrapped it."

This game is fantastic. I really didn't expect to like it, but I do. A lot. The graphics are gorgeous. The gameplay is smooth, well rounded / balanced, and the moves are JUST complicated enough. The fighting is streamlined, the classes each have their own strengths and weaknesses. I LOVE that I can practice against bots (GOOD BOTS!) before jumping in a PvP match. The 1v1, 2v2, and Dominion options are great as well.

I honestly don't know what everybody is whining about. Sure, they're not using dedicated servers. Perhaps P2P isn't the BEST option... but in my experience it worked flawlessly. The downside is that even the people paying for decent connections don't necessarily have a viable router or network setup. Their ports or closed, they're behind a firewall... or they just have cheap equipment.

That means finding viable matches that have OPEN NAT (Network Address Translation)... is more difficult. A dedicated server fixes this by allowing all hosts to connect to a public address and then pairing them. P2P requires two peoples computers to be able to talk to each other through whatever equipment they have at home... directly. Sure, you'll find matches... but everybody who doesn't have a Gigabit backend with custom firmware and a $250 router (like myself) may have trouble finding matches.

TL:DR - I suppose complaints of P2P instead of Dedicated servers have merit... but that doesn't mean the game is bad. Quite the contrary, it's a VERY good game in many, many aspects. I heartily recommend it... as long as you have a decent network setup at home.

I really loved the Stanley Parable, and so I was very excited for this.

I read the reviews that stated this isn't much like Stanley Parable. The reviews seemed to be overwhelming at how "beautiful" or "poetic" this game must be. Some reviews even talked about how much it would make them weep.

I played the whole thing in one sitting. While not the worst game I've ever played, and certainly not "bad" ... it's not exactly "good" either. It's confusing. It's... indifferent. It doesn't make any sense.

When the credits rolled [about 3.5min ago] I started blankly at the screen going, "wait... that's it?! that's the 'game?!'"

So here I am. I have never really written a review before... but I feel so emotionally broken from this game. It made me feels things I didn't want to feel, but I invested myself into it hoping for the payoff. There was none. There was no redeeming factor at the end.

Unless I simply just don't "get it." My advice? Don't bother unless you like being emotionally screwed with for no reward.

Early Access Review
Even before this hit Steam I have sunk many hours into it. Easily one of the most fun and addictive games I've played in years. No matter how many prisons you build, there's always new ideas and self-challenges to build a BIGGER and BETTER one. At least a more efficient one. This game is in my top personal favorite games, easily.

This game sounds weird, looks weird, and would not likely catch your attention. You can easily play through this whole game in one "short" session. I recommend that you do. It's basically a physics puzzler with a silly story. Easily one of the best physics puzzlers I've ever played. It kept my attention to beat it at one go.
