Bought brand new off the dealership lot in February of 2019, it has been put on BC Racing Coilovers and 20"x9J +35 offset wheels. I am the first owner. I have the original window sticker. I paid $25,550 out the door.

2011 Volkswagen Mk6 GTI
This is a coupe autobahn edition with a 6 speed manual transmission. I am currently replacing the engine, and we plan on selling this vehicle. it's completely the same it was when it rolled out of the factory sold at a dealership. I believe we are the third owner. We paid $9,000 in 2021, and plan on selling it in 2023 for $9,000 or more since it's a rare optioned MK6 with only 700 ever made.

2017 Mazda MX-5 ND1 Miata
My wife plans on having this one lowered, put on 17x8.5 or 17x9 wheels, she also wants to have it turbocharged, and BBK swapped. It's a 6 speed.

1995 Nissan S14 240SX
I am the third owner of this vehicle. This is my first serious project car, I've learned almost everything I know about being a mechanic on this car. It's currently a KA24DE-T 5 speed manual transmission car, with about 265WHP. It's chip tuned by Martin at RS ENTHALPY, with a Nissan Silvia S15 turbo. Every bushing, balljoint, and suspension arm has been replaced/upgraded. There's not a single rubber mount or bushing, everything is polyurethane. It has a welded differential, with a one piece driveshaft. All work, mechanically, body, and paint, has been done by me. It sits on BC Racing coilovers, and 17x9 +22 MST Time Attack wheels, 235/45/R17 all season tires, 300ZX Z32 front brakes, and R32 Skyline GTR wheel bearings and hubs. It was a complete factory automatic base model car and included was the manual transmission I swapped into it. I paid $3,150 for the car in 2020 and have since put around $17,000 in addition into it.

1988 Nissan S12 Mk2 200SX
I am the 2nd owner of this one. It's a full factory CA20e with a automatic transmission, notchback Mk2 S12. I plan on lowering it, and getting nice wheels for it, and either KA24DE swapping it or swapping it to a manual transmission. I also plan on replacing all suspension bushings and balljoints. This was an Alabama car, so there's no rust whatsoever. I bought it with the original window sticker and fully running and driving in 2023 for $1,500.
