I really want to love this game, I really do. It has many great features and an immersive experience. However, a lot of the time the game will be frustrating and borderline unplayable. Core mechanics in the game are broken. Linemen are incapable of blocking edge rushers, running backs don't block at all, players will run in circles trying to choose who to block, the simmed defense can almost never get a stop, and worst of all wide receivers constantly will get hit in the chest or hand by the ball and not even attempt to catch the ball. Until some of those issues are ironed out, I can not recommend the game. The currently wasted potential is truly disappointing.

This was previously a review that recommended the game, but that has changed in recent months. Nearly a year after release very little "football" functionality has been added to the game. While they have optimized frames and the physics, it can hardly be called football.

There are still no penalties, onside kicks, injuries, coin tosses, pitches, physics are clunky, the game is incredibly easy,

In addition, despite the game being made on Unity, almost none of the dev team is experienced using Unity, and the team is concurrently working on other projects.

Until I see substantial progress made with this game, I can't recommend it.
