41.8 hrs on record
For a casual ARPG fan, this was a fun ~25hrs experience (full campaign).

Here are the bad parts:
It's still full of bugs. Even more than 1 month after launch.
I hope the most critical problems are fixed now. The servers are up, and items are not getting lost anymore. I had to start over as my original character got deleted somewhere along the way (lost 15hrs gameplay) but i'll consider this a launch week problem.

However, there are many many "quality of life" or "game polish" problems.
* The UI has... issues.
* Level transitions messing up, getting stuck under ground or in walls/objects.
* Story NPCs disappearing, duplicating or just running away.
* The targeting, oh god the targeting... very tragic for ranged play style.
* Game sometimes feels very laggy. I'm not convinced that this is an network problem.
Devs have been active in releasing fixes, which is very nice to see. There are noticeably less bugs with every patch,
Still, with the current rate I'd say they will need about 3 more months to get the game in good shape.

The story though... it's incomplete.
I didn't know about this and was left very confused after what I expected to be the final "true" boss battle (a cutscene and game credits).
This probably explains some weirdness in the story progression as well, but I didn't pay that much attention to it. The ending parts felt very rushed.
After a bit of searching, it seems there are 2 more chapters in the works, which will be released as DLC.
With the lack of game polish and bugs, I think it's worth waiting for the DLCs.
They will probably do a re-release it once it's complete.

The positive:
For ARPG fans, it's worth it for the price. The gameplay can be very fun, fast action and explosions.
It's borrowing mechanics from all the usual suspects on the market, and with that it has tons of customization.
The Loot game is about what you would expect.
It has a interesting enough world (not very big) and some of the best visuals for an ARPG.
