Worth it

Spent 15 hours on the game and still grinding through the content
The game is super fun if you are looking for a looter shooter
As for the many negative reviews, I've only had one disconnect and that was by a server restart
The people who still play the game are willing to help both in normal content and dark zones
If you are afraid to jump the gun, wait for a sale and get it then. Easily worth the 15 euro I spent

Just buy it and be happy

Definitely worth the purchase. Had 66.5 hours of gameplay before being done with the entire game (that is with idle game time included)
It's an open world game, but the open world feels constricted, or at least you don't feel compelled to explore the entirety unless you want to 100% the game.
the narrative of the side quest or also more like side quest in world of warcraft. You dont really feel drawn to do them, but still do it for the XP as you want to advance in your skills.
I would recommend the game at full price if you like the Harry Potter universe, but other wise I would say that you should find it cheaper somewhere else or buy at discount

Sure you might miss the initial level sprint, but the game is buggy from time to time
Bugs to be fixed that I've personally encountered.

Menu freezes up while going from one game to the next
Game instantly crashes if the internet get's lost even for a millisecond.
Game seems to crash more often if you are in a party (playing with friends, get's worse if you play cross play)
Game seems to have issues with cross play comes (in party groups)

People corner jumping looking at a different angle but still shoots at you
This might not be a bug, but something that has to be removed instantly. There are vids all over how to slide cancel (which ruins the flow for the mass majority of the ones just trying to enjoy the game and not get run over by sweat lords)


Even after this. I still recommend the game.
The campaign is short, but sweet!
The overall game play handles well and the weapon mechanics are a breath of fresh air
The game has taken a step back and taken the best from some of the previous entries and made an overall better game that feels like the old Modern Warfare and Black ops 2

Is it fun - Yes (at times it can be annoying)
is it well made - Yes
Does it stand out compared to other battle royals - Yes!

The new update has put a much needed spin on the class the system that we know. The different roles feels a lot more defined and set in stone compared to before, which is a good thing

The biggest downside that still infest the game is the amount of smurfers in the game. It's painfully obvious when a master/predator is smurfing in the lower ranks (Bronze - Gold)
The worst thing about it is they make it clear as day to everyone by flashing their 4k 20 bomb badges AT level 11 or 40.
I usually belong in the Plat/diamond bracket but still have a hard time hitting 4k damage or getting 20 kills in a single match.

It would be easy to counter it. Respawn should implement a hard rank restriction that permanently starts you in Diamond once you reached Master or Predator. And any report of smurfing in the lower ranks should be looked into and handled as fast as possible
Not only is it killing the game for new players, it is also killing it for people who've played the game since the beginning. The surge of smurfers is getting worse, season by season

When it comes down to brass tax - Would I still recommend the game? YES! Bring a few friends and you'll have a good time

Felt like I had to do a midway review due to certain experiences

Decent game overall so far. But you can definitely feel that it's a Bethesda game.
There has been one CTD, One time where the game completely froze but the program was still active with demons in the background. 3 Times where I have clipped out of the map due to demons or worse, elevators (curse you demonic elevators)...... This for example has messed up my checkpoints, which in short means having to reset the entire map.

If you can push through some of the rough edges of the game you'll be rewarded with a fun and difficult challenge, if you play on some of the harder modes of the game that is. The easier modes bring little to no challenge, which is ok if you just want to rip and tear without no real sense of danger.

All in all, I got the game with all the DLC's on sale, which helps me look past some of the shortcomings. I can definitely recommend the game. Rip and tear, friends. Rip and tear

There's too many issues with the game for it to be enjoyable.
I experienced extreme load times and crashes.
I'm now waiting for a refund. The game looks fun though and seems to have potential

Fun little game. I wish it was better optimized as I constantly get crashed to desktop.
But besides the issues it's a fun little space management game that oddly reminds me of Civilization, but without the warfare.
It's a good game to just lean back and relax to. The music itself is very soothing.
