Dragon Warrior in 1989. I have extensively played 458 RPGs (I document all of them in a spreadsheet, including release year, developer, whether I beat them or not etc.). I have completed 241 of the 458 (updated 05/20/2024) As a rule, I always play RPGs on the highest difficulty level allowed. There have been exceptions, like Oblivion with its absurd slider, or games I plan on playing through again. I will only cheat (i.e. look up stuff on the internet) in EXTREME cases. Ex: When playing Phantasy Star II in the 90's, I was stuck at the point where you need to learn the "Musik" technique. I played the game on and off for months, not knowing how to progress. I finally cracked it and found out I just need to enter a home slightly on the outskirts of a certain town...
Aside from teaching you mental health stuff, I also play lots of games!
Lets be steam friends! :D
