Tried it with 3060ti Desktop and UHD G1 Integrated laptop. Very disappointing results on both. Even if you go 3.0 scaling and make it unplayable you still lose FPS ? I gained no fps with all of the scaling methods. Tested lots of configurations and looked for help/configs in discord. Result was still same. Loss of graphics and FPS. This program is truly a lose-lose for my experience. After all the configs I tried if the problem was still using not the correct config(HIGHLY DOUBT!) maybe program should work on that. Currently cant recommend.
