I paid for 2 x Platinum Founders Pack for "Early Access". I got shafted like thousands of others, and lost out on my character names. Servers have been a joke. Ques, Patches, a lot of chaos for a game running smooth in other countries for years. Zero care from the company side of things in regards to customers that paid for the early access.
